Location was at first daunting being so far from the city and then I realised how great it is to be away from the main drag making the stay sweeter. Layout of the room was ok, not a fan of the main bed being soo close to the kitchen (less than 1mtr) and heaps of spacious car parks which is a massive bonus. Great friendly staff upon arrival, including the restaurant hosts, housekeepers and gardens/maintenance gurus. Was a pleasant stay and would most definitely come back if that standards stays.

A perfect layover in-between travel in Rocky. Rooms and resort were very clean and well looked after. Had everything we needed to have a good rest before hitting the road again. Having a pool, restaurant and bar all within were a great help to avoid having to go back out in the car after a long day of driving. Positioned on the outskirts suited us well as we just jumped in the car and were on our way in no time. Great place as Rocky doesn't have much, and families who like safe and clean accommodation, stay here if you find yourself in Rocky, before it was the Big 4. Not anymore!

The room was spacious, and a decent size bathroom. Nice little table and chairs on the verandah. Special mention regarding Jacob in the bar/bistro. He was exceptional, and a credit to the place. It is also in a very peaceful part of town, on the north side of Rockhampton, with supermarket and a hotel very close.

It was easy to find and the room was comfortable and clean. The place was quiet. It served it's purpose of being a comfy stop over suitable for a one night stay.

We loved the hotel's proximity to the Capricorn caves and also how easy it was to get to the centre of Rockhampton too The King room was huge and the spa was lovely. Just the thing after exploring the caves or mining for thundereggs at the gemstone mine. The Oasis restaurant being part of the hotel made it super easy to have a fantastic meal, breakfast, lunch & dinner and the food was fresh and wonderfully prepared. The cocktails were amazing too. The manager and his wife were super helpful and great people to get to know. Thanks guys for a wonderful stay.

Excellent location on the highway - an easy stop when heading north or south. We've stayed 3 times now because it's very comfortable, the family rooms are bigger than the average. Love the restaurant on site for easy meals (and room service is a bonus!). Huge grassy patch for the kids to run around out the back. The pool is lovely and well maintained in summer. Staff are an absolute delight and very accommodating. The kitchenette in the family rooms is super handy, as is the full sized fridge. Really, nothing to complain about!

We had an unit with a spa bath and this spa bath was the best one we ever encountered the bed was huge and comfortable 🙏

The whole resort is lovely, clean, and the lady at reception was so welcoming. The complex is great and for people travelling the location is fantastic. There is an on-site restaurant, not the cheapest, but it was yummy. The rooms are very well arranged, especially when travelling with kids. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling through Rockhampton.

Restaurant that could provide room service, beautiful pool area. Staff were fantastic and so helpful. We stayed in a twin room (2 beds in a room with bathroom) perfect for overnight stay. Equipped with a decent fridge and kitchenette that had toaster, hot plate, microwave - all the essentials and more. So convenient to be able to make our little kids toast etc.
